Does quick-checkin not work with serial number?

The serial number is attached to most devices by default. So, there is no need for additional labeling, but I am inquiring because it seems that the search can only be done by asset tag.

Even though it says asset tag on the main page, you can search by serial number, but quick check-in is currently not possible.

Many users do not use serial numbers at all. The quick scan is intended to be used with barcodes, which typically use the asset tag, since the asset tag is required while serial is not.
