Feature Request: Company-Level Group Permissions

I found the new location feature in the recent 8.1.0 update very interesting. However, I would like to suggest an additional feature regarding company-level user group permissions.

Specifically, I propose that user groups should be able to operate under one or multiple companies. This would allow greater flexibility in permission management, especially for organizations that manage users across different company entities within the same system.

This already there in the general setting where you activate full multi company support. The users of company A will not be able to see or get access to assets in company B.

For instance, if I own three companies but want to authorize one person to manage two of them, how can I do that?

I have the same needs, and the only thing I have been able to do is to install another instance of Snipe-IT to be able to manage several companies, although it would be very useful to be able to select the companies that each person manages or visualises (as level 1 administrators).

I would like to utilize some assets from Company A for Company B, but the current process appears to be quite inflexible. It might be beneficial to implement a feature that enables transferring assets from Company A to Company B, with an assigned recipient to acknowledge the receipt.
