Add "assigned accessoires" to acceptance e-mail and PDF

Hello, i'm looking for a (i guess) small modification in the code to include "assigned accessoires" into the checkout-email and the generated PDF after acceptance of the agreement.
For example, we have ipads (users need to accept an agreement for this type of device) but they also receive a charger, a keyboard case, sometimes a stylus pen with it. I want those accessoires included in the email and in the generated PDF. So if they ever bring everything back, i can quickly see in the PDF what was given to the user. Anyone an idea? thanks!
