Function Request: Prevent Asset Checkout if it has Assigned Assets

This is an idea to have a setting where you can force the check-in or reasignation of sub-assets before you are able to check-in the asset. This is to solve the issue when you have for example monitors assigned to a computer, you replace the computer and the monitors remain assigned to the old computer.

An alternative would be to give a warning message instead of preventing the checkout.
