[BUG] mcrypt path is incorrect in 8.0.0 docker image

This is the correct path with the latest pecl install for mcrypt.

Beautiful! Its been deprecated for a while now. Just noticed a few errors when upgrading so figured id point it out. Feel free to close, or close when that PR merges.
