Accounts are unable to be signed into after LDAP Sync #17130

Heylo Again.

After doing an LDAP Sync, a bunch of admin accounts that we use have the "This user can login" checkbox unticked causing users to rely on another account to reinstate login access. Is this something to do with LDAP?

Steps to recreate:

  1. Click LDAP Sync in People
  2. Check Login Enabled status.
