[Feature request] Language of email messages based on receiver language settings

It would be nice if acceptance, checkin and checkout emails were in a language recipient has set in Snipe-IT settings. Currently, email language is based on source of action. So, if admin uses Chinese as interface language, Acceptance and other email messages in Chinese are sent to recipient who speaks only English.

'Checkout accepted/Checkout declined' messages are sent in correct Language. (The language admin has set in his profile settings.)
'Asset checked out/Asset checked in' and 'Acceptance' messages are in incorrect language - receiver gets emails in admin's interface language.

@snipe Sorry, had few busy weeks lately. Checked this morning and everything works as expected. Set different language for SYSTEM/SENDER/RECIPIENT and emails came in correct language for all.
