Hello, I'm having a problem with my Snipeit 8.3.6 installation. I'm getting the following error when loading the pre-flight: could not find driver (Connection: mysql, SQL: select 2 + 2)

I've already checked the .env file; it's correct, and I can access the database locally. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Check if you have those extensions enabled in your php configuration

@badboy2345 If PHP can't talk to MySQL, this is a server configuration issue, not a Snipe-IT issue, unfortunately. Make sure you're looking at the correct ini file.

Try running php -i | grep PDO to see what PDO versions you have installed.

(Also, as this is not a "feature", please try to use the correct issue template in the future.)
