The UX when accepting multiple items has the potential to be improved.

As mentioned in #5947, some users will bulk check out a lot of assets requiring acceptance and users will have to click in and accept each item individually:

(imagine there are more than a handful of rows)

Maybe we can allow users to select multiple rows in the table above and then drop them in a "wizard" that displayed the EULAs for each category and allows them to agree to each EULA and then hit accept at the very end? Maybe some other workflow would be nicer?

If bulk checkout becomes a thing, item administrators should get notifications and only for their items. Also, acceptance emails will need to change drastically to maintain same amount of information. If converted to table, it get really wide even with standard fields. (May look ugly on mobiles.) But if left as a list, it could get really long.

How acceptance emails, sent to administrator, could look if generated as table. (I've added 'Company' and 'Category' columns because these could be useful.)

There could be acceptance email to the system with all times from multiple companies.

These are good points. In reality I can see the first pass that would close this issue continuing to send individual emails for each item and then following up with a "rollup" in the future (like we have going in #18095).

When we make a new issue to track that task I'll add your comment there.
