[Bug]: Custom report not returning results, no log file present

What happened?

When trying to create a custom report no entries a shown to filter the report. Just a spinning circle. I have the models imported in the screenshots as an example to show there is data there

Running on IIS 10 Windows Server 2022

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Microsoft Edge

I can confirm IUSR and SYSTEM and IIS_IUSRS have full control of the logs folder. I also have show hidden items checked also in case it is hidden
