reply problem within Grommunio mail-webinterface

Hello,

I have recently noticed the following phenomenon in the Grommunio web interface:
When I want to reply to an email and click on “Reply,” it often happens that no email address is selected in the ‘To’ field of the new email, but only an “x.” (see picture)
I cannot verify exactly why it sometimes works and sometimes does not. It doesn't matter whether the email contains HTML tags or not, or whether it is plain text.
This issue is not "browser-specific".

I use the latest community version from Grommunio.

please provide the exact version you're using. The exact version is e.g. grommunio Web: 3.14.28.g3861ba1a1-lp156.283.1, some adjective version is ambiguous.

Does it happen only with the email from external domains or also from the same domain as your user? Could you also attach the server response to fetch this email from the developer tools of the browser? It will contain createmailitemmodule in the request and the response.

the version is: 4.0.0-21-g0ad253e.
the error is visible sometimes for external domains and sometimes not. for internal domains it looks like there is no problem.
Here is an affected email that looks okay when you look at the content from the mail list module request (inbox).

do the edited parts contain correct sender information? If yes, do the same check after clicking the reply button in grommunio-web. The request and response will contain resolvenamesmodule. Is the information in this response also correct?

thanks for the tests. I'll try to reproduce the issue.

Edit: which client did the sender use? grommunio-web, a mobile device, an EWS client (emclient, Outlook for Mac, Mac Mail or similar), Thunderbird/Evolution?
