I am from São Paulo, Brazil and I want to know if the support to my city are on the way? If I receive some instructions to add this location, I can help with contribution to support this area. Let me know and I'm gonna help at most.

As far as I know, you need to have a provider that offers a public API for your places. And then this API has to be supported by https://github.com/schildbach/public-transport-enabler (PTR)

1. check out PTR and the providers there.
2. find out which transport provider(s) will cover your area
3. suggest them to PTR if it they not already in there
