"This feed has no effective service dates!" Error

I'm trying to create a GTFS text file for a project but keep getting the following message when running the code: "This feed has no effective service dates!".
I specified the start and end dates in the config file and created my schedule using the same method as the Estelí, Nicaragua project, but haven't has any success. The dates in my config file and schedule are identical (2022-10-01 to 2022-11-01).
What could be causing this issue?

Where are you getting this message? When running osm2gtfs? Which parameters? Can you post the config?
