Improve proxy support for enterprise environments (startup and plugin issues)

GROWI is an excellent OSS Wiki system, simple yet highly extensible, and very useful for team knowledge management.

However, under enterprise environments where outbound internet access is restricted via proxies, GROWI faces serious limitations.

Current issues

• GROWI requires direct internet access at startup.
• With environment variables (HTTP_PROXY / HTTPS_PROXY), startup works, but plugins cannot be used.
• Plugins require external connections even after installation, making them practically unusable in proxy environments.

Impact

In enterprise networks, outbound connections are commonly restricted to go through proxies. This design makes it very difficult to deploy GROWI in such environments.

Feature request

• Allow GROWI startup without requiring direct internet access.
• Make plugins work with proxy settings.

Conclusion

Improving proxy support would significantly lower the adoption barrier for enterprises and allow GROWI to be used in a wider range of environments.
