More structured coins panel

Need to reduce the number of columns.  I think allowing grouping would be the best way, ideally _n_ groups, so stacked by exchange, then counter currency, then base currency.

I'd also like to be able to apply labels, e.g. "waiting for entry" or "in position" and group by those too.

react-table supports this well, so it should be straightforward.
