Temporary solution:

yarn add jshint --dev
should be v2.13.0

and next replace
node_modules/grunt-contrib-jshint/node_modules/jshint
with
node_modules/jshint

after that i can use oprion esversion:11

BTW I'm curious why grunt-contrib-jshint doesn't use default node_modules/jshint installation
