grunt-contrib-watch with https localhost

I've tried many options and many alterations of code to get the above to work.

Basically I am running a localhost website I'm developing with https but have been using grunt-contrib-watch until I moved to https it worked. Now it has an issue with livereload.js being loaded over https.

I've tried to load the file manually in my index.html but this fails as Chrome doesn't want to load non-secure files into the browser of a self signed secure cert.
