Yearly Input Organizer update -- Module 2

Hello:
Here is part 2 of the html Time Line project. It shows the year, months, categories and file names in a folder tree structure for greater over-all context at a glance. The file names are clickable and opens the document.

The attached python text file needs to be converted to a .py file. Of course, you'd need to have the Yearly Input Organizer set up first for this to make any sense :)

I have you to thank, Harshad, for the initial html calendar idea. It's re-markor-ble :) how well Markor handles html! I have no blog where I post my tinkering. However, I'll post the rest of the project here with comments.

There are now four distinct modules:

1. Yearly Organizer/Calendar
2. Year 'Key Events' at a glance
3. Monthly folder tree structure
4. Past Years Time Line
   There is a fifth component which I'll keep under wraps for a surprise unveiling at some point.
