mu-dev-karma assigned without discord

Describe your issue

While adding socials in connect with me, 20 karma was awarded for adding GitHub username and others socials. But I hadn't onboarded onto discord at the time. Karma was awarded before syncing with discord. And if anything is typed onto the username fields, still these karma can be availed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to profile in dev server
2. Add GitHub in connect with me.

What was the expected result?

No response
