Describe your issue

The following issues occurs:

• When red flag is given after checkered flag, the red flag gets removed first showing you can’t react with two flags. When the red flag is given again (the checkered flag is still there) the red flag is shown along with the checkered flag and the message says ‘The peer has raised a red flag. Please review it.’.

• When the red flag is removed and now karma is given, it doesn’t accept the karma saying ‘The peer hasn’t approved the task’.

• The karma is accepted only when all the reactions are removed and the checkered flag and karma reactions are given again.

• At the point where the checkered and red flags are shown together, aaronchettan shows the message ' the peer has raised a red flag.' Now if the checkered flag is removed (keeping the red flag there) and the checkered flag and karma is given now, it accepts it and gives the karma.

Steps to reproduce

1. Give the above mentioned reactions to any task in discord
