mu-dev-karma history shows deleted tasks

Describe your issue

When #ge-typing-challenge-285 is submitted on discord and later deleted, the karma decreases but the tasks are still shown in karma history, karma heatmap and mu voyage.

Steps to reproduce

1. Submit a task on discord and avail karma points.
2. Delete the task submission from discord
3. Check karma history and mu voyage in dev profile
