I can't add an organizer to hackathon i have created

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
2. create a hackathon
3. click "add an organizer" option in the hackathon
4. enter the muid

What was the expected result?

The expected result is to add an organizer
