mu-dev-application form fields are not displayed

Describe your issue

When i try to submit an application for hackathon i was created, it doesn't shows some fields and it dosn't set to mandatory

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
2. select hackathon
3. create a hackathon
4. click "Apply now" option- When i try to submit an application for hackathon i was created, it doesn't shows some fields and it dosn't set to mandatory

What was the expected result?

The exepected result is to display all the fields which the admin has selected and make them mandatory
