mu-dev-fields are not filled after drafting

Describe your issue

When i try to create a hackathon, filled all the fields and saved it but after viewing drafted hackathon district field is not filled and in response tab i can see the previously filled data

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
2. select a hackathon
3. Fill all the fields and draft it
4. select the same hackathon and check district option under details section- When i try to create a hackathon, filled all the fields and saved it but after viewing drafted hackathon district field is not filled and in response tab i can see the previously filled data

What was the expected result?

The expected result is to see the previosuly filled data in frontend
