mu-dev-hackathon application submission issue

when i try apply for a hackathon which i haven't selected any of the form fields, after confirming to enter my data it shows submitted successfully

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
2. select hackathon
3. create a hackathon without select form fields
4. click "Apply now" button
5. click "confirm"-when i try apply for a hackathon which i haven't selected any of the form fields, after confirming to enter my data it shows submitted successfully

What was the expected result?

The expected result is to not to create a hackathon without selecting required form fields and does not shows submitted successfully without entering the data
