Describe your issue

when entering a circle code in the join option of Learning circles and searching ,different circles are listed out ,to filter it out by means of options like Select district ,Select campus and select IG which is not active and no options are listed out

Steps to reproduce

1.Launch browser
2.Enter URL "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
3.Enter valid credentials (muid and password) and sign in.
4.click on Learning circles tab on left side
5.click on join
6.Enter a circle code e.g.: new

7.click on select district, campus and IG options

What was the expected result?

should list out different options to select
Actual: no option are listed out
