Describe your issue

Once a person request to join a learning circle , then click on notification bar it shows negative time

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to mu-dev
2. Sent a request to join a lc
3. Refresh the page and open notification bar

What was the expected result?

Give proper timings without negative numbers

Put here any screenshots or videos (optional)
