Decline LC Members from Notification bar

When we decline a lc request from notification bar , it successfully decline but the network tab shows Successfully Approved

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to LC
2. Decline a LC request from notification bar
3. It shows successfully approved

What was the expected result?

When decline a user rejected message is required
