Add ability to set custom headers

As this client does not invoke runContainer function there is no possibility to set custom headers in the response.
Allowing adding custom headers to response will add the possibility to set 302 or 301 response codes properly.

As an option, there can be added checkbox similar to no-index, but I think allowing adding custom headers will solve much more cases.
