No datalayer event name : gtagApiGet #2

Hello,
I use your template in google tag manager with the same information as in your tutorial. The tag GTAG API GET is well fired after the GA 4 configuration but There is no datalayer event name : gtagApiGet. I have tested on multiple configuration but it doesn't work. Maybe an issue with the last version released about permission?
