Hello, it's possible to mount in docker my filesystem on unraid like: /mnt/user/ and see my all files like in standard FileBrowser and can share them? Or it can only share files I upload first?

You can share everything what‘s mounted.

From file actions button on the folder you want to share, could be root, create a share
