1.3.3 WebDAV with traefik

Hi filebrowser-team,

I installed 1.3.3 and access via traefik reverse proxy and OIDC works fine but I cannot get WebDAV via Traefik to work. Does filebrowser use the same port 80 for webdav internally or how do I need to route traefik? I tried one router and a different router for WebDAV, same on port 80 but no success. Running in docker with "8900:80" ports.

Environment

FileBrowser Quantum v1.3.3-stable
Deployed behind Traefik reverse proxy, TLS terminated at proxy
Client: macOS Sequoia, connecting through a corporate HTTPS-only proxy (no direct outbound connections)

Observed behavior
macOS Finder (⌘K → https://host/dav/Files/) fails to mount with a generic connection error. Container logs show the following pattern on every attempt:

OPTIONS | 200 | user1 | /dav/Files/ ← auth succeeds
OPTIONS | 401 | N/A | /dav/Files/ ← parallel connection, no credentials sent
OPTIONS | 401 | N/A | /dav/Files/
→ Finder aborts
Finder opens multiple parallel connections. Only one carries credentials; the others are unauthenticated and receive 401. Finder treats this as an auth failure and gives up.
What works

Cyberduck connects successfully with the same API token → server-side auth and routing are correct
WebDAV endpoint is reachable through the proxy (requests arrive at the container)
User has admin + all permissions; API token created without customization

Root cause hypothesis
FileBrowser's WebDAV implementation uses HTTP Basic Auth only. macOS Finder expects either Digest Auth or a session/cookie mechanism that allows parallel connections to remain authenticated after an initial handshake. Without this, Finder's concurrent connection model breaks Basic Auth.
Other WebDAV servers (e.g. SFTPGo) handle this correctly and mount natively in Finder.

Would it be feasible to add Digest Auth support or a WebDAV session token mechanism to make native macOS Finder mounts work?
