Apply Aron's suggestions (Documentation) described at TC-1538

There are a number of well thought suggestions to be applied in the UI for the upcoming v2.0. Our PM has approved it in the JIRA ticket therefore we are good to go.

I think that a github issue should carry some real information. I don't know who "Aron" is or what he suggested. And upstream it's helpful having JIRA ID in title.

@carlosthe19916 : After looking at your PR, I just wanted to point out in the UI suggestions spreadsheet, that I created a sheet for each page of the UI, such as the "Search Results Page", "Upload an SBOM Page", etc. So there are many more suggestions than the 5 suggestions on the "Home Page" sheet. Please take a look at all the suggestions on the other sheets and implement those as well.
