Crosswords: selecting a clue should scroll that clue into view

Using landscape on mobile web: Readers used to enjoy the fact that the clues on the side of the grid would scroll far enough down to see the whole clue if you selected the line the clue was relevant for, however if there isn't enough space the scrolling gets "stuck"
Can we make it that the selected always has space to scroll to the top of the grid regardless of its position on the list?

The limited screen space provided by landscape orientation when the keyboard is also on screen does exacerbate this issue.

In the attached video, the clues panel does scroll to the correct clue when the user selects 20 across, however the clue is anchored to the top of the clue panel. The visible vertical space on screen is very narrow, so the user would have to scroll the page up to see the top of the clue panel. There might be something we can do, such as attempting to anchor the selected clue to the middle of the clue panel. This might not be the best behaviour in all cases though, so we'd need to do some testing and tweaking.
