Some characters in filename prevent upload [choose your coat]

Hi,

Have two files that fail ("Oops, an error occurred. This exception has been logged with id 6p8ld9oe4. "). Both of them have "£" in the filename:

Also, I find it unbelievable that it won't allow me to upload the file with the same filename on a given day 😆
