arm v7a releases?

Some releases have a version for arm v8, some also a universal or an arm v7a version. Why is there no unity in this? Do some versions not build for other architectures?

I was short on time, and arm64-v8 seems like the most common, essential binary for ALPHA release testing.

I'll make sure beta releases have at least universal, if not a separate arm v7a.

@bitmold, @n8fr8, I hate this "Kiš miš" (Chisel mix). Can Guardian Project Team provide armeabi-v7a¹ releases for all builds in future? Universal release takes ~148 MB compared to armeabi-v7a ~93 MB. ~37% storage space saved.

@n8fr8 seems like the thing to do for official releases, if not all releases. Safe to assume that older 32 bit arm devices have less flash storage on them
