[BUG] Dashlane cannot fill 2FA

2. Create new user/password and setup 2FA

I have no idea how to fix this as of now. I have tested dashlane and bitwarden and some others before, they were all working.

Haven't used this component on its own, but only through Dokploy. There, I get the same issue (and others too: Dokploy/dokploy#1489) and it appears the autocomplete='one-time-code' is just not set properly – its value is set to "off":

This is how they're using input-otp, in case that's relevant for debugging it: Dokploy/dokploy/.../input-otp.tsx#L11
