chore(docs): add QA test screenshots for #294 and #290

GIF recordings of:
- school-landing-es-after-fix: school landing page /es/ with all strings translated (after i18n fix)
- auth-flow-login-route-guard: student login → dashboard → route guard blocks /dashboard/admin
