I want to use vnc and encrypt all connections in the outside network.

Yes, if supported by server. But note that it is anonymous TLS. Although someone may not sniff the traffic, you are still susceptible to MITM attacks.

If you need proper protection, please use a SSH tunnel. AVNC has built-in support for that.
