What are the precise steps for building from terminal?

It lives in VirtualKeys. Specifically, the key list is here. If you add an entry there, it should become available in Settings => Input => Virtual keys => Customize keys.

If you have Android SDK set up, simply run ./gradlew assembleDebug from project root. Built APK should be present in ./app/build/outputs/apk/debug . You can also look at the GitHub Action scripts: https://github.com/gujjwal00/avnc/tree/master/.github/workflows
