How do you make an animation from a pregenerated image?

Rather then generating an image using the yaml, i already have an image i want to turn into an animation. As in img2vid, rather then txt2vid. I also want to make img2img so i can turn them into apng instead. I have been trying using an AI to generate the code for me for a few days now (since id rather not spend the few years it takes to learn how to code an AI), but im having no luck.

I trained a motion_model and wanted to use it to generate an animation. So i want to feed it my training data in order to see if it can re-create it to see if my training succeeded.
