Hi,
for my 8-bit retro CPU projects, 48 channels turned out to be the sweet spot - so I designed a compact, 3D-printed enclosure that houses two Logic Analyzer V6 boards. The front panel is a custom-labeled PCB.
To simplify connectivity, I integrated a 2-port mini USB hub, allowing both analyzers to be accessed via a single USB-C connector.
Connection to the target system is handled through flexible silicone wires on a 2×16 pin header. Each wire is clearly labeled using printable heat-shrink tubing for easy identification.
All project files - including STL, F3Z, KiCAD, and Gerber - are available on GitHub: RunTJoe/LogicAnalyzerEnclosure
Feel free to use or adapt the design for your own projects.
