Some entries, such as 10802, 19159, 11220 don't really belong in our collection. As they are no longer usefule, they should be removed. However, it would be appropriate to replace them with a README file with a historical note. The database knowes about the readme file type, but ebookconverter and autocat3 should be check to make sure that such a note is handled appropriately.
