frequent user request: how do I request a book? #220

Do please have a facility on the main page of Gutenberg to allow readers to request books that do not appear in any search. If there is one, please make it easier to find!
I'm searching for Charlton Lewis's book The Genesis of Hamlet. All the copies on ABE and Biblio are either horrible modern reprints, or too costly, and Gutenberg doesn't have it. The book is dated 1907, so I hope it's out of copyright. I would love to be able to read it. I shall have to go to the British Museum... but the catalogue there is down due to the fallout from a huge and terrible hack-for-ransom, and a strike because the staff are poorly paid / treated. It feels as if scholarship has a low priority there these days.
