Unable to edit /boot/fullpageos-wpa-supplicant.txt

For some reason I do not appear to have the file /boot/fullpageos-wpa-supplicant.txt on my USB card. Any ideas why this might be?

The file has been deprecated and you should edit your wifi at wifi.nmconnection:

raspberry pi foundation moved the images to use NetworkManager
