Is is possible to add int128_t/uint128_t support?

Hi, do you mean using the PGM with 16-byte input values? Or having the int128_t/uint128_t types in the library?

I mean add a c api for 16-byte input values. (and dynamic map)

I guess a map<int64_t, uint_128_t> map also be useful.

And serialize/unserialize for dynamic map c api. (I guess send serialized map by network will reduce a lot traffic? )
