[Tutorial 2.2, 2.3] Remove mention of LOSC

In Tutorial 2.2 and 2.3 we claim that

# LOSC bulk data typically uses the same convention for internal channels names
# Strain is typically IFO:LOSC-STRAIN, where IFO can be H1/L1/V1.
channel_name = "H1:TEST-STRAIN"

The channel name here is outdated, the new channel name convention is: {IFO}:GWOSC-{s}KHZ_R{n}_STRAIN.

I think we should change it to:

# Note: This exercise channel name does not follow GWOSC's actual
# strain channel structure: {IFO}:GWOSC-{s}KHZ_R{n}_STRAIN (e.g. H1:GWOSC-4KHZ_R1_STRAIN)

I don't have a strong opinion but I have 2 remarks:

• I am not sure it's worth mentioning the current convention here
• I find the sentence a bit hard to understand

So I would write:

# Note: the channel name in this exercise does not follow GWOSC's actual convention
channel_name = "H1:TEST-STRAIN"

As I said, I am OK with your proposal.

Thinking on this made me realize that the notebooks don't point to the open data paper(s) where those conventions are presented (maybe it's done in the talk). Maybe it's worth adding a bit on this in Tutorial 1.1 (in another issue of course).
