Install pyhough in the conda environment #62
Description
Extension topic A.3 uses pyhough which is installed directly with pip (it's requirement pyfstat must be installed separately probably because of a bug in the pip package).
pyhough is now on conda (conda-forge/staged-recipes#29285) so we can install it in the conda environment (pyfstat is installed correctly) and adapt the notebook.
