For Bulkrax-loaded ETDs, main PDF is not always being used for the thumbnail

For Bulkrax-loaded ETDs with multiple attachments, the main PDF is not always being used for the thumbnail. It's possible that the thumbnail is generated from whichever item attaches first -- but it would be best to determine if there is a way to populate the Bulkrax CSV to specify which attachment should be used for the thumbnail.

In the meanwhile, the attachment whose thumbnail should be used can be selected within the Edit Work metadata page.
