Modality description in Propose Workshop

On the Propose Workshop page under Presentation Modality, the text says, “in-person, online, or both,” and the dropdown says “in_person, virtual, or hybrid.”

Let’s use the same wording for both--we prefer "in-person," "virtual," or "hybrid."
